Managing Stress
Stress is the body’s response to any change in its inner or outer environment. It is a natural part of life, but becomes physically and mentally unhealthy when one is faced with one stress period after another. This workshop focuses on how to overcome feelings of helplessness and take control. Participants will learn to respond productively to problems and challenges without becoming overwhelmed.

Leadership Development
Leaders or managers? A leader requires all of the characteristics of a manager- and more. Leadership is a set of behaviors that can be observed and learned. Participants will assess their leadership skills and learn new skills to fulfill this challenging and changing role. Motivating Employees
What does it mean to inspire? Motivation and goal setting are explored for the benefits they provide to organizational productivity and employee satisfaction. Both internal and external motivators will be discussed for their contributions to improving employee performance. The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator will be administered to identify personality types.
