Cranberry EAP: Directions is confidential professional
problem-solving assistance for employees and family
members experiencing personal problems. It is an
employee benefit provided by employers to assess
problems, provide short-term counseling, and refer to
appropriate community resources.
To utilize this employer-provided service, an
employee calls our toll-free number. Counselors are
available during extended business hours and a 24-hour
answering service for emergencies. Through a telephone
consultation, a counselor will assess an employee’s
needs and discuss his or her options. If necessary, an
appointment will be scheduled in our office. All
counselors are licensed, experienced clinical
psychologists. At no time is there any charge to the
employee for this service.
