Our Cranberry EAP: Directions is a job-based program to help employees who have personal or workplace problems that negatively affect their job performance or attendance. We offer these professional services to employers and their employees:

  1. Comprehensive coverage for the full range of employee problems from chemical dependency to family issues. Professionals are also available for financial, legal, and child/elder care issues.
  2. Assessment and referral to appropriate professional or treatment facilities in the community.
  3. 24-Hour answering service for a timely response to emergency situations.
  4. Management training on how to utilize the EAP for improving employee job performance.
  5. Employee orientation programs to introduce the Cranberry Employee Assistance Program: Directions.
  6. Quarterly utilization reports to monitor the costs and benefits of the program.
  7. Master copies of promotional materials for information and program visibility.
  8. Additional business training is available on topics such as stress management, conflict resolution, team building, management and leadership development, and communication.

Our EAP is flexible and allows employers to develop plans that meet their needs and budget. Our philosophy supports pro-active strategies for positive mental health and behaviors.
